Delete your account
You can delete your Sanom Ludo account and its data at any time — from inside the app, or by writing to us. This page explains both routes and exactly what is removed.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your coins, diamonds, purchased items, level, trophies and history are removed and cannot be restored, even if you install the app again and sign in with the same account. Deleted balances and items are not refunded. If you have an unspent balance, consider using it first.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself, in the app
This is the fastest route. Deletion happens immediately.
- Open Sanom Ludo and make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to your profile — tap your photo in the bottom navigation bar.
- Open Settings from your profile screen.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account".
- Confirm. A dialog explains that this permanently deletes your account, profile, coins, diamonds, cosmetics and history, and that it cannot be undone. Tap Delete to confirm.
Your data is removed from our servers straight away, your sign-in is removed from the device, and the app returns to the login screen. There is nothing further you need to do.
Option 2 — Ask us to delete it, by email
Use this if you cannot open the app — for example you lost the device, cannot sign in, or already uninstalled the game.
Write to support@sanomludo.com with the subject "Account deletion request", and include as much of the following as you can:
- Your in-game name.
- Your player ID, if you know it.
- If you signed in with Google, send the email from that same Google address — that is the simplest way for us to confirm the account is yours.
- If you played as a guest, tell us the device you played on and roughly when you last played, plus any detail that identifies the account (for example a room you host).
We verify every request before we act, so that nobody can have someone else's account deleted. If we cannot confirm that the account is yours, we will ask you for more detail rather than delete it.
Timing: we confirm receipt within 2–3 business days and complete verified deletions within 30 days. In practice it is usually done within a few days.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove the following from our servers:
- Your profile — display name and profile photo.
- Your sign-in account — the authentication record used to log you in.
- Your gameplay data — statistics, level and experience, trophies, league standing and membership, ladder runs and champion records, and Arena battle statistics.
- Your wallet — coin and diamond balances.
- Your items — every cosmetic item you own, and what you had equipped.
- Your rooms — voice rooms you own, their name, theme and photo, their room level, and their listing in the rooms directory.
- Your private rooms and team invitations, on both sides.
- Your block list, in both directions.
- Your age check and terms acceptance record, including your date of birth.
- Your social data — friends, friend requests, and direct messages.
- Any pending prize claims in your inbox.
What is kept, and for how long
A small set of records is kept after deletion. This is permitted under Google Play's account-deletion policy, which allows a developer to retain data where there is a legal, tax, security or fraud-prevention reason to do so.
| What is kept | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Purchase and transaction records | Legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to investigate payment fraud or a chargeback. | For as long as tax and accounting law requires. |
| Gift and economy transfer records | These involve a second player whose own transaction history must stay intact. | Same basis as purchase records. |
| Match and anti-cheat records | Integrity of results, and detecting cheating and collusion. | As long as needed to protect the fairness of the game. |
| Safety and moderation records | Reports, blocks and the related audit trail — so we can investigate abuse and handle appeals. | As long as needed to protect other players. |
| Ban records | So that an account banned for serious breach cannot clear the ban by deleting and re-registering. | As long as the ban remains relevant. |
These records no longer identify you Once your account is deleted, the information that connects these records to you as a person — your name, your photo and your sign-in account — is gone. What remains is an anonymous transaction and safety history that cannot be traced back to you through the game.
Purchases and refunds
Deleting your account does not refund past purchases, and does not cancel anything with Google Play. Refunds are handled by Google under its own policy — see our Refund Policy. If you want to request a refund, do that before deleting your account, because we may need your account to investigate.
If you do not want to delete everything
There may be a smaller step that solves the problem:
- Change your name or photo — you can do both from your profile screen at any time.
- Block someone — if a specific player is the problem, block and report them in the app.
- Turn off the microphone — you can play without ever using voice, and you can remove microphone permission entirely in your device settings.
- Just sign out — signing out leaves your account intact so you can come back.
If none of these help, write to support@sanomludo.com. We would rather fix the problem than lose you — but if you want the account gone, we will delete it, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
